Meet the Founders
Vinoth is the visionary technologist behind SchoolONE - combining 14+ years of global experience in building scalable SaaS platforms, DevOps automation, and cloud-native architectures. He has led digital transformation projects for brands like Starbucks, QBurst, and Fast Retailing, and is the creator of the SchoolONE Cloud Platform.
Known for his hands-on leadership and product-first mindset, Vinoth transitioned from a corporate career to solving deep-rooted problems in the Indian education system. He now leads product strategy, infrastructure, and business growth across India and Canada — proving that backbenchers, too, can become global builders.

Dr. Shabana K M
Co-Founder & Curriculum Architect | AI in Education Researcher
Dr. Shabana is a globally recognized academic and researcher in the field of AI in education and intelligent tutoring systems. A Prime Minister's Research Fellow (PMRF) and Ph.D. graduate from IIT Palakkad, she has authored award-winning papers (Best Paper Award, AIED 2022 - UK), filed patents, and led machine learning innovation in the telecom and EdTech sectors.
She leads the full design and structuring of SchoolONE's 50-level Innovation Lab curriculum, blending global research with real-world classroom needs to inspire the next generation of tech creators.
With over three decades of experience in engineering education, academic audits, and faculty development, Dr. Deepa is the backbone of the Facilitator Certification Pathway at SchoolONE. She has trained thousands of educators and guided curriculum reform at scale.
Dr. Deepa ensures that SchoolONE doesn't just empower students — but also builds strong, confident teachers ready to lead in the age of AI and robotics.

Kevin’s work on our web platform brings structure, responsiveness, and reliability. He’s played a key role in shaping the academic dashboards, admission flows, and internal UI components.
Praseetha - Mobile & Microservices Engineer
A powerhouse who bridges front and back, Praseetha handles our Flutter mobile app while also managing microservices, APIs, and database integration — making sure our app is seamless and scalable.
Shivam Mishra - BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) Developer - Node.js
Shivam orchestrates communication between microservices and the frontend with his Node.js expertise. He ensures that SchoolONE remains fast, modular, and future-proof.
Monisha - QA & Data Engineer
From managing test data to ensuring platform stability, Monisha ensures that every release is bug-free, functional, and reliable. She also handles onboarding datasets and internal quality workflows.

An engineering graduate with a passion for academic research and instructional design, Fathima works closely with Dr. Shabana and Dr. Deepa to bring each Innovation Lab level to life. She ensures every lesson is age-appropriate, conceptually sound, and engaging for young learners.

Pranav DhanVijay - Lead Designer
Pranav blends creativity with structure to define the visual DNA of SchoolONE — from books and kits to UI/UX and marketing assets. His eye for detail makes every design element both educational and inspiring.
Vani - Creative Designer
Vani supports visual content for student materials, facilitator guides, and workshop collateral. Her creative direction ensures every visual communicates clarity, curiosity, and joy.

Swathi Prathish - Chief Operating Officer
Swathi oversees cross-functional execution across SchoolONE and Void Solutions, ensuring smooth delivery, operational excellence, and school partner satisfaction.
Gayathri Renga Rao - Director, ESS Team
Gayathri leads the ESS vertical — managing implementations, platform support, and day-to-day service delivery to client schools.
Gayathri Vasan - PMO & Client Onboarding Head
She ensures that every school gets onboarded with precision — managing communications, timelines, and post-deployment support.
Rithanya, Theerka & Santhiya - Support & Implementation Team
